The Fixed Price Recruitment Company offers formal online candidate skills testing in both of their low cost recruitment services.

There is a choice of  over 900 skills tests to choose from  and the results can be useful for both recruitment selection and to understand the training and development needs of your new employees.

We recommend that the tests take place between  the first and second interviews and that a maximum of 3 tests are taken per candidate.

All of the tests are delivered and completed online in the comfort of the candidate’s home.  The majority of the tests take between 15 and 40 minutes and are multiple choice based.  

The tests have proven test validity and were developed by subject-matter experts to ensure content validity.  In addition to ensure fairness and as a benchmarking exercise we are also more than happy to include up to five of your existing staff in the testing at no additional cost.

Other than selecting the tests from our brochure we will take care of all of the rest and forward you the full test results from each candidate once they have been completed.

The skills tests are also available in a variety of languages including Spanish, French and Italian.

Whilst the tests are taken online our test provider offers free, live phone support to all candidates.
