Our Internet Recruitment service is a unique and highly effective recruiting method and is suitable for general roles requiring a wide range of skills, qualities and attributes.  If our Internet Recruitment service is not the best option for your requirements our consultants will offer our 10% recruitment option.  Our Internet Recruitment service at £649 per assignment comes with a full guarantee as follows:

Internet Recruitment service - our commitment to you

• We write a well written, attractive and keyword loaded advert, optimised for the Internet within two days of receiving the instruction to proceed
• You proof the advert and make the amendments and adjustments as necessary
• We post your advert to over 50 job boards
• We professionally handle all of the incoming response to the advert
• All sourcing and matching to your requirements will be undertaken by REC accredited staff
• Our own database in conjunction with the databases of the major job boards will be searched for suitable candidates
• You have use of our candidate skills testing suite for the candidates sourced by The Fixed Price Recruitment Company
• You receive feedback on the project on at least a weekly basis and most assignments are completed within two weeks.
• All unsuccessful applicants will be effectively managed
• You receive a shortlist of candidates that meet your requirements in line with the agreed service level commitment (typically this is a minimum of four candidates but is dependent on your job specification)

If we do not meet our service level commitment within 4 weeks then we will either:

i) Provide a refund in full or,

ii) Transfer the amount paid towards our 10% executive recruitment service option.

10% Recruitment - our commitment to you

Our ten percent recruitment service is offered on a contingent basis, i.e. No fee unless successfully placed.  However we do require signed terms of business and exclusivity for a period of ten working days.  However, in the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a shortlist within ten days we will waiver the exclusivity agreement in writing.
