We will require your agreement to proceed together with agreement to our Terms of Business.
We will invoice you upon agreement. Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice.
Within two working days of receiving your agreement to proceed we will provide you with an advert to proof. We require your agreement to publish within two working days.
This advert will then be placed on over 50 of the UK's leading job boards
We will then manage the response and filter according to your requirements.
All candidates meeting you requirements will then receive your full formal job specification and description and they will be invited to research your company to find out more. Dependent on your own internal requirements you may at this point choose to view the response and select yourself. As mentioned we're flexible and will adapt to your own internal recruitment processes
In line with the Data Protection Act we will inform all suitable candidates of your company prior to sending their CVs to you
If required we will invite candidates to undertake a psychometric questionnaire and formal online skills tests
Our service is to provide a pre-agreed shortlist of candidates and we require you to manage the candidates through your recruitment from this point
If for any reason we do not meet the pre-agreed service level commitment within the agreed timescales we will then either provide a full refund or transfer the monies paid over to our 10% recruitment option.
