How do you do this for £649+VAT?

 

We post thousands of adverts every year to the major job boards and this scale allows up to negotiate preferred advertising rates that we can pass onto our clients.  In addition our service is highly automated which means that a lot of the process does not require human integration.  

 

Will I receive a dedicated service?

 

Unlike traditional contingent recruiters that only charge a fee upon placement we charge a fair price up front for a fair service.   And, because the cost of the service is paid up front we are able to plan and commit dedicated resource to each assignment accordingly.  You will receive a dedicated and experienced account manager who will handle your project along every step of the way.

 

Are there any hidden charges?

 

There are no hidden charges apart from additional services that you may require such as advanced psychometrics or independent CV verification.  However please note that the cost is for receiving a service and is not based upon successful placement

 

How will my company be represented?

 

Every response to your advert will receive a professional response whether successful or not.  In addition they will receive a link to a comprehensive suite of Career Advice.  All calls will be handled professionally and are typically answered within a few rings.  As professional recruiters, The Fixed Price Recruitment Company Limited is a specialist division of a major recruitment group that is REC accredited (REC member Number: 00068122).

 

How do you confirm identity and eligibility to work in the EU?

 

We ask all candidates to confirm in what capacity they are eligible to work for any EU employer.  However, within our Internet Recruitment service it remains the responsibility of the employer to confirm identity and eligibility.  Our 10% flat rate recruitment service includes identity and eligibility checking.  In addition for complete peace of mind you may be interested in purchasing our Independent CV Verification service.

 

How can The Fixed price Recruitment Company save me time and money?

 

Our flat fee recruitment offering is unrivalled against both traditional recruiters and other Internet Recruitment based businesses.  We will only provide you with a pre-qualified shortlist so (unless you require differently) you will only receive relevant CVs.  In addition all calls and emails associated with your vacancy will be fielded by our team.  This will free you up to do what you do best - run your business!  Lowering staff attrition rates is one of the most cost effective ways to increase your bottom line.  By incorporating psychometric profiling, a full interview aide and formal skills testing into our service we aim to make your own internal recruiting process more robust.

We will meet our service level commitment of a shortlist of candidates that meet your required criteria within 4 weeks.  After this time if we have not met this commitment we will either re-run the campaign, refund your invoice in full or transfer the payment towards our 10% fixed rate recruitment service.

How do you search the job board databases?

 

Searching the job board databases is a skill and incorporates a technique known as 'Boolean searching'.  It is a relatively straightforward one where you can pick up the basics in a matter of hours.  However it takes around 6-12 months to truly master the skill.  In addition, different job boards work in slightly different ways - what works on one doesn't necessarily work on another.  At the Fixed Price Recruitment Company our directors have been using Internet Recruitment techniques since 1997 and are hugely experienced in training other recruiters in these techniques.  These techniques have been passed down to the resourcing team who are adept at quickly finding the right candidates for your roles.

 

What are the differences between the Internet Recruitment Service and a conventional recruitment agency service?

 

Obviously the cost is dramatically lower and we charge for a service rather than for a placement.  The major difference is that unlike High Street agencies we do not meet the candidates (however, be aware that in most cases ‘Executive Recruiters' do not meet their candidates either).  In addition we require our clients to be responsible for eligibility and identity checks but do offer an added independent referencing service should this be required.  

 

Do you have access to specialist job boards?

 

We utilise all of the major generic job boards and have relationships with a specialist job board for each niche field.  We will post your job to the most relevant job boards to get maximum quantity and quality of response.

 

Do I have to use your Internet Recruitment Service on an exclusive basis?

 

You don't have to use us on an exclusive basis but as we charge for a service rather than a placement we would recommend that in order to achieve maximum cost savings you should use us exclusively in the first instance.
